Our curriculum goes above and beyond the course standards of a typical Divemaster Course. We do not believe a DM Course should consist of “checking off the boxes” so we ensure ample time to repeat critical portions of the training until the candidate has reached absolute comfort.
Each of our dive instructors have been teaching for several years in different parts of the world, this offers a more diverse knowledge base for you to tap into throughout your training.
As a Green Fins Silver Member, we actively integrate marine conservation into your training through reef monitoring, clean-ups, and partnerships with local initiatives, so you graduate with both skills and environmental awareness.
While most choose to complete the course as an intensive 4-6 week program, if life gets in the way, you need to work, travel, etc… we will work with you for a more customized experience.

Our most comprehensive Divemaster package, combining leadership training with a full suite of specialty certifications. Built for those serious about going pro, and especially those planning to one day become an instructor, this program equips you with the skills, experience, and qualifications to stand out in the global diving industry.
To confirm your Divemaster Course with us, we will require a 40% deposit. The remaining balance can be paid at the dive center via credit card (3% surcharge), cash, or bank transfers.
Most candidates complete their Divemaster Course using a Visa on Arrival (VOA) or a tourist visa, depending on how long they plan to stay. The standard VOA allows for 30 days and may be extended once for a maximum stay of 60 days in Indonesia. Visa requirements can change, so we always recommend checking the latest Indonesian immigration regulations before traveling. If you plan to stay for an extended period, our team can also help point you in the right direction for visa extensions or longer-stay options.
Accommodation and transport are not included in the course price, but we can help you arrange affordable long-term housing nearby. Most candidates stay in a monthly rental guesthouse or homestay, a short scooter ride from the dive center. We can help to find you accommodation based on your budget and preferences. It’s important to note that if you are not comfortable driving a scooter, Divemaster Candidates should stay somewhere within walking distance to the dive center. We are also happy to arrange your transfers to and from the airport.
You will have unlimited diving throughout the duration of your Divemaster Course. You’ll spend a large amount of time in the water assisting real courses, guiding certified divers, practicing skills, and joining fun dives to build confidence and experience in different conditions.
The best preparation is to arrive excited and ready to learn. Before starting your Divemaster Course, we recommend reviewing the theory from your previous courses, including Open Water, Advanced Open Water, and Rescue Diver. You’ll also receive access to your Divemaster learning materials ahead of time, so you’re welcome to begin working through the chapters before you arrive.
No problem. Many Divemaster candidates arrive before meeting the required number of logged dives or certifications. If needed, you can complete courses like Advanced Open Water, React Right, or Rescue Diver with us first, while also gaining the experience needed to begin your Divemaster training. We’ll help create a custom pathway based on your current level.
